John Coppola

John Coppola was born and raised in Marine Park, Brooklyn, and has worked in restaurants for the past 28 years. Beginning as a kitchen helper and dishwasher, John has worked in all facets of the culinary world, including hotels, restaurants, and private catering. John graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2003, opened his food truck in 2010, and simultaneously began private cheffing. He went on to open Bread and Spread in Dumbo in 2015. John operates Pearl Street Supper Club as the Owner and General Manager. He currently lives in Dumbo with his wife and daughter.
